Information we collect
We store your account details, including your email address. We also store images you save, generated designs and your design choices. Coin balances and purchase records are kept in your account. If you ask for shop notifications, we keep your email and the section you selected. We may process technical information to run and protect the service.
How we use your information
We use your information to run your account and create designs from your fabric. It lets us keep saved designs and process coin purchases. We also use it to answer support requests and send shop availability emails you asked for. When you request a design, your uploaded fabric photo goes to our AI provider for processing. Do not upload sensitive information or images you do not have permission to use.
Storage and service providers
Lovable Cloud handles Fashley accounts and private image storage. AI providers process design requests. Paystack handles coin payments, and Shopify handles shop checkout. These providers process the information they need to provide their services. This may happen outside your country. Fashley does not store full payment card details.
Sharing and security
Saved images are private by default. Anyone with a share link can view the image until the link expires, normally after 24 hours. They can save the image or forward the link. We use access controls to protect your account. No online service is completely risk-free.
Retention and your choices
We keep account details and saved designs for as long as we need them to provide the service. You can delete saved designs from your wardrobe. Contact us to request access to your information, a correction or account deletion. You can also ask us to remove you from notification lists. We may need to keep some transaction records for legal or accounting reasons, or to resolve disputes. Backups may take more time to expire.
Cookies and local storage
We use essential browser storage for sign-in and your cart. Other sites you choose to visit have their own privacy policies. Fashley is not intended for children under 18.
